Hi:
I seem to be having trouble obtaining any replies from the customer service staff. Is there a manager or someone else we can direct our queries to? 3 weeks and counting since I last received an email. My emails are going unanswered as are my phone messages. I am just wondering if this drags out where can I turn?

That is where a good honest dealer comes in. Our dealer always took care of any problems I had and took care of all communication that had to be done with the factory. Your best bet is to talk to the dealer.

Thanks Shortlance.
After we bought the unit, we had previous contact with the factory and the service was very good.( May 2015). Don't know what is going on. We have lots of issues with the unit and felt we needed to let KZ know about the problems we are facing in hopes that no one else will face them. We also kept the dealer in the loop. They are also working with us to get the feedback from the factory.

I would try emailing again. Do it by filling out the form at the contact us page on KZ website. Include your VIN number and a good email and also check your spam folder to make sure the response is not going there. We had to contact them about some problems and we had a very fast response. A good dealer really helps but if you feel the need to contact them then I would do it again. I would email every few days until I got a response and probably even call too.
