It turns out that the air-conditioner was not mounted at a 1/2 slant (as per the manufacturer) when it was installed. To make matters worse, they installed a simple piece of light weight tin under the air-conditioner to collect the water and run it outside. This tin was barely tilted up on each side and was only chaulked in the front (poorly at that). The water puddled and then ran over the tin in the front and into the inside of my trailer. I finally ripped the air-conditioner cabinet open and built a new one to slant the air-conditioner at 1/2. I also made a new drip pan (to go under the air-conditioner) and it was made of heavy gauge aluminum and folded up on the sides and front (1 inch tall). Now the trailer came be at "level" and the air-conditioner drains outside as it should have when I bought it. Would love to post my pictures.
