We are back from Shipshewana. Uneventful trip from Indiana back to PA/MD. It was windy in the mountains of western PA. The Nissan pulls this thing like a champ in adverse conditions and the Durango really does tow nicely. No white knuckle experiences even with some 30+mph cross winds on some bridges. We'll have a video out in the next few weeks about our trip, the repairs that were performed and experience with KZ. I wish I could post it now but I need to go back and shoot a couple of more things that I couldn't during our trip due to time restrictions. Just a couple of quick comments about the experiencing. Once we talked to the right person last year things went smoothly with getting the camper up to KZ to get repairs completed. They were very accommodating and friendly. Glad you're home safely! Lyle

Conclusion of our issues with the side wall? Enjoy. I plan to do a complete video on all of the repairs that were done. Might happen soon since I seem to have lots of free time now for some reason.

I am curious how that Nissan Titan tows that 5th wheel. My first camper is a 2008 WolfPack 295WP which is comparable to yours when unloaded. But I have had my camper loaded up to about 12k with two touring motorcycles in it. My previous truck was a 2013 RAM 2500 diesel and in the mountains of TN/WV/NC I liked the 2500. But I was within 800 pounds of max weight a couple of times. And out next toyhauler may be heavier than this one, so I bought a 3500 to allow a larger selection.
I looked at the specs for the Nissan XD maxed out for towing, and your camper seems to be close to max towing with that 5ver. Have you weighed the rig when ready to travel? How does the Nissan do with that tall camper?

But my 2020 Ram 3500 dually will haul any camper I would consider. But nothing over 20k is being considered by us. I doubt we will ever be full timers.

My point exactly, big enough truck and you don't have to worry you can pull almost any RV. Don't need a 1 ton dully for a popup, but many have up sized and had to buy another truck. My 1st 5W 6000lbs I pulled once with a half ton, I pulled 2 more with a 3/4 ton, and currently pull about 14K with a SRW F350. Had I gone F350 instead of the F250 I would not have changed trucks. I have also looked at MDT and if I full timed would be driving one. Should have kept this and never had to worry again, mileage sucked @ 4.5 -5 .

So
I can add to some of my comments about our G384RLT, in the last year we have found out that out now 4 year old trailer has de-lamination on two walls of the main slide, the floors in all three slide also have de-lamination even thought two out of the three slides have slide toppers on them ...
This trailer has been closed up since November 2019 so makes you wonder per the dealer 7k of damage can happen when a trailer is closed up ... Dealer states bad seals, but they along with Kz has stated that the seals were just fine in 2019, yet in 2020 when the trailer was inspected we had bad slide floors an de-lamination in all three slides ....
The trailer is at dealer now being repaired, I ask for pictures an documentation an everything that is being repaired, but i'm not counting on it even thought I had them put it writing on the work order...
I will say Kz offered to sell me parts Direct, but 1st of all what parts are needed, how many, an where would I store such up to the point of having everything to fix such... I would think that the 5/8 plywood wood for the floor would come from local lumber yard, maybe not, but again Kz did offer ... BTW Dealer stated that parts are $1.270 an I sure that's with there markup ...
