new to this forum and looking forward to learn some things and make our Connect camper better and our camping experience better. We just got our Connect 291 RL a few weeks ago. Run into a few problems so it is back in the shop which I am not too happy about but hoping it all gets taken cared of before we take it camping memorial day.
Thank you for the warm welcome. After reading Chuck"s PDI paper I realized it was all my fault with the travel trailer. It was new and things are bound to happen. I just think mine was the last one rolling out on a Friday evening after work. Lol. I am lucky that my dealer is awesome and they are on top of it and taking it seriously about what has happened. Looking forward to this forum. I have learned a lot just from reading other posts.
Chuck, I have had a lot of campers, pop up campers, tents and everything else. I never knew for a PDI to be like that and wished I had seen that after I got mine. But again thank goodness for my dealer. But got word Friday gonna take about 4 weeks for the new couch to come in. They took care of everything else tho.
Welcome to the forum! We have only had a couple little issues that I have fixed myself on out 241RLK, other than that, I can’t fault it, it’s build quality is far better than a friends 2018 keystone bullet 330bhs, it’s been at the dealer for warranty repairs for almost 2 months in total since they bought it last August.
