Welcome to the site.
My only thought is place the generator as close to the coach body as possible. Event though the carrier is rated at 200#, having half the rated weight out towards the end may amplify any bouncing as you travel. Don't forget to factor in the weight of the spare tire- if you carry the spare as shown in the brochure. Also, according to the link you posted, it's only rated for 150#
From the webpage: Flip-Down 71" Storage Rack! The rear storage system offers additional trip storage for firewood, bikes and anything you don’t care to store in your unit, and is rated for up to 150 pounds.

We carry a generator in the front bed of the truck, I have two eyelets that I cable the generator to so that it dozen't walk away if I am not around...Of course it is a Honda 6.5ISU an is a little heavier than 200pds, so if a person picked it up over the side walls of the truck I'm not going to stop them LOL
I also carry 10 gallon of fuel for the truck an 5 gallon's of gas for the generator which is also locked down ..

Might work, depending on how much tongue weight is already there. Generally, adding tongue weight isn't a good idea. It's also going to make removing the propane bottles "fun"...

I agree on tongue weight, the picture shown looks to be a smaller generator which may work for that trailer, but I don't know if I would go any bigger ... As well how in the world would you get the propane battles out unless you had room between the bottles an the trailer Ugh ... Always interesting on you see in different types of mods to get around a subject, be it generators, coolers etc Safe Travels an don't forget about the Kz national rally Chuck

I think you'd have room there to get the propane bottles out. You might get your arms scraped up a little if you were not paying attention. I agree that it wouldn't hold a very big generator

Well if only 100pds it may work pretty well, I would however possibly look to shift 100pds to the back of the trailer to take that 100pds off the tongue wait if possible ....

Personally genpower, I think it's a bad idea. Basically for all the reasons that people have already stated. Plus, figure in the weight of gasoline (6.3lbs per gallon). 5 gallons of gasoline weighs in at 31 and 1/2lbs of additoional weight. So if your generator is full and you are carrying a spare 5gal can, that's 63lbs total in additional weight. What kind of vehicle are you using as your tow vehicle? A pickup? If so, my suggestion would be to carry this generator in the back of the truck (over the axle) and maybe invest in a good, hard, easily removable tonnaeu cover like this: Tonno ProI use this on my 3500 to keep my BW 5ver hitch out of the weather (and hide things that I don't want other people to see). Using something like this, you can open a section for a vent for exhaust, have a secure place to lock it up, and save the rack in the back for more lightweight things to even out the space you lose in the back of the truck.

5 gal Gas can would be at the in the truck bed. It holds only 1.6 Gal.
Also was thinking of making a slide out tray on the right rear cargo door and installing it there. Slide out to use. It would sit right on top of a frame rail when stored.

Had the same carrier on a forest river grey wolf. Regularly put about 150lbs of firewood on it. Wish my sportsmen had it. Don't overload it, don't be afraid to use it.

I talked to KZ customer service, she advised that on the 4" and 6" trailer I beam the carrier max weight is 150lb and on the 8" trailer I beam 200lb.
