Let's keep them coming! Make reservations before April 15. If something happens and you can't make it, you can cancel up to just a few days before the rally. I sure would love to see at least 20 rigs at our 1st rally!

Hoping the rally becomes reality, we are really looking forward to spending time with all. Is there a chance we could still have the rally with fewer rigs? Even if we start smaller this year, the rally would get off the ground and then see if it would grow.

Yes, we could make it with as little as 10 rigs. But that would be a real disappointment. When you consider the number of kz units out there, I think any thing less than 20 would be a poor showing. However, we could still have a good time with factory tours, eating and meeting together, a session with factory people and hopefully input on future models! Ya'll try to make it if you possibly can! I think we can establish some long term relationships. It's always nice to put a face to these names.

Any idea how many are register so far? It would be nice to have a great turnout but as you said, it would still be a nice time to meet fellow owners.

Unfortunately we will not be able to attend this Rally in October. My wife is scheduled to work this weekend. It sounds like an awesome time, I hope you will post pictures and stories from the event. I hope you all have a fantastic time... It would be a sight seeing all of the KZ RV's in one location!
We have been to that campground before... make sure you get the ice-cream in the front of the campground. Also my wife loves the Fleemarket in Shipshewanna if you like that sort of activity...

I got an Email from the campground yesterday. They gave me a list of people who had made reservations so far. There are only reservations for 8 rigs! Come on people! we can do so much better than that. I think anything less than 12 to 15 rigs would be an really pitiful turnout. I'll check with them again in a couple of weeks. If we haven't gotten more reservations by then, maybe we need to look at canceling the rally. Remember, you can cancel up to a week before the rally if need be.

Even if it is "pitiful" I see no reason why those who are excited about the rally shouldn't still go. I am sure the company would be happy to take us on a tour and we could have a nice small group to get to know.

I agree with Bluegrass! We are in no matter what! They did a tour for just my wife and I last October. I know they will do it for small group. Even if the turn out is small this year we can grow it. The problem with people these days is commitment. My vote is we move forward with the Rally whether it's 8, 10 or 100 KZ owners. As a matter of fact I will be at the factory this coming week for a few upgrades to ours and will be more than willing to talk to them about anything you would like more info on if you would like BRMIKE.
Was just out for the first time this season over the weekend and it felt great!.
LETS GO KZ OWNERS, RALLY UP!!!!

I feel the same way. I will be there rain, snow, sleet or shine (like the mail man). I guess the small group of us will have all the fun!!!

okay! We'll go with however many show up. Hopefully we will have some more folks reserve between now and the rally. I'll get started on the details soon. The facility can handle a fairly large crowd, so we shouldn't have any trouble adding rigs up until about a month from the rally. We'll plan some meals together, a factory tour and maybe come up with some door prizes for the get togethers. Stay tuned for more info soon.

As far as meals go, I highly suggest one of them be at "The Das Essen Haus" amazing home cooked food. I am pretty familiar with the area as well as my wife''s family is from there. I own a sign co. and plan to make a banner that designates the KZ Rally. Please don't hesitiate to ask if you need help with anything. Looking forward to the rally. I will maybe make up some promotional flyers for the KZ factory and also for my dealer to help get the word out. HAve you been in contact with anyone at KZ to see if the would post something on their website and send out to their dealers coast to coast via e-blast?

YEAH!!!!! We are so happy to know this is a go. We live in Western NY, our dealer is new to the KZ line, I will let him know it is a go. I know he has sold several KZs since he got his dealership last year. I hope he will contact his new owners and give them the info. This will be a great time.

I'll be talking to the factory marketing people soon and will bring that up. If anyone has a particular activity in mind; we're open to suggestions.

I posted this in January, just wanted to re-suggest....not sure about a group tour to the Museum but certainly something for those spending an extra day or two in the area. We also enjoy riding around the area and visiting the flea market (check days open...not every day)....
RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart, IN we think it is well worth the 35 minute drive from Shipshewanna. It is under $10/person....some discounts apply. We had a great time there. It is nice that there is someplace trying to show the history of RVing. Check out the website.
