What I would like to see is better slide out seals on the bedroom slide as well as rollers added instead of the blocks that the slide rides on. If these two design flaws where changed we would certainly consider the purchase of a 3911.
What exactly do you see as a design flaw with the seals on the bed room slide? Obviously something I'm not seeing.
As far as rollers instead of the block slides yes that would be an improvement. In the block slides defense my last 5ver used nylon block slides on a all the slideouts. I had that 5ver for 13 years, opened and closed those slideouts hundreds if not thousands of times without an issue. They proved to be just as durable for me.
When you are building a travel trailer to a certain price point there will always be concerns or things you may think could have been done better. Look at a different brand in the same price range and their seals and slide roller system my be better in your opinion but they will be deficient somewhere else. JMO
I have a 3911 and haven't had any issues with the bedroom slide so far. I'd be interested in knowing what you think the deficiency is with the slide blocks. Is it that they will wear out over time? Because otherwise, I've had nothing but smooth operation from mine. Thanks.

Hello My biggest issue with the slide is the bottom seal. While the slide is extended the bottom seal is a single piece of thin rubber, I pulled the seal down with my fingers and could see into the bedroom. While inside I was able to push my hand through the seal to the outside. The blocks are not as big of a concern but the three units we looked at had wear marks from riding on the blocks. All new units.
On our G384RLT there is a pretty solid rubber seal under the bed when opened, wonder why it would be different on a 3911. If you think it not enough then I would ask the dealer if he/she could add another peace of rubber seal or add one myself after I bought the unit
As jetzen stated, with the price that they are selling these units there is give an take that's for sure ...
When we bought out Durango G384RLT they offered $1,000 in goodies, I told them I didn't want any of the goodies I want a MorRyde pin box instead of the pin box that came on the the unit. They said ok, when we picked up the trailer the MorRyde pin box was on the trailer for sure, when looking in the storage area low and behold there was the pin box that came with the trailer. I ask why the old pin box, the tech stated you bought it and it yours do with it what you want, so now I have a new pin box sitting out behind my shop
The other thing they did was give us $250 gift card to shop in the RV store, the point here going a round about way is that a good dealer will do allot to get you into a new unit now days, so if you wanted a better seal under the bedroom slide, just ask or say if you want to sell me the trailer I need a better seal under the bedroom slide
Someone on this web page in one of the folders said that they had gotten rollers put in their slide replacing the slide blocks I believe at the Kz factory but I do not remember the model of trailer they had nor why it happened. I had a Coachmen 5th wheel with slide blocks for 7 years, did they show some ware, yes but they worked just fine, our new 5th wheel also shows where the slide has went in an out but no ware that I can see
