If you all are wondering what we are planning and what activities are available here are some thing that are in the works
I am in the planning stages of a factory tour not only at KZ but trying to coordinate with other factories such as Lippert and Mor-Ryde so that you can see your "whole" trailer being built sort of frame up. Also trying to plan luncheons with the reps from said companies for Q & A sessions and trying to set up factory service for any unit that needs help.
In our down time there are plenty of sight seeing and cultural things to fill actual weeks. Here are some of my favorites 1) RV Hall of Fame and Museum (obvious what this is) 2) Amish Acres craft fair, acres of craftsman making actual handmade goods 3) Menno-hof, Amish and Mennonite Heritage Museum, if you want to find out what make the Amish tick this is the place 4) Shipshewana flea market, I think this is the largest flea market in the USA 5) Red Door Tour of Notre Dame every door tells a story (walking tour) 6) Amish Heritage Tour, self guided auto tour of the area info at Menno-hof 7) Cabelas (for the sportsman in all of us) actually in Michigan but not far 8) Off the beaten path 100's of Amish furniture and quilt shops 9) Amazing restaurants.

I am looking for 2 things for the 2017 rally.
1) anyone who is tech savvy that would like to be the official photographer and post the photos online
2) anyone knows where the KZ banner is from the past rally and would be willing to ship it to me

Hi Everyone:
We are hoping to come to the rally from Rhode Island and as we plan our trip, we are wondering if there are any further details on the activities? We're thinking we will stay part of the time at the rally and use the rest of our time to see sights along the way....so, any specific activities locked into particular days yet?
Thanks, Ken Rhode Island

Hi rhodycampers,
The short answer to your question is no. I am still waiting for conformation from several vendors so that I may start an itinerary, but here are some things that are in the works.
Sunday is a check in day after 12pm noon with a meet & greet and possible wiener roast in the evening.
Monday - Wednesday will be time spent with KZ and other RV vendors as we tour their factories, ask questions about our RV's, trouble shoot and solve problems, hopefully get our rigs repaired (if there is a need) by the factory techs, be able to purchase accessories and have them installed.
Thursday Amish Acre festival.
Friday RV Hall of Fame and Museum.
Saturday Open day farewell dinner in evening
There will be pot luck dinners, ice cream socials, bean bag baseball tournament.etc..
If you have a specific interest pleas let me know.
If thing Amish interest you this area is the second largest Amish settlement in the U.S.
Did you read the previous post? These are just a few of the things that await you in this area.
Follow this link www.amishcountry.org/things-to-do/itins-and-top-tens/
Again just so you understand the itinerary has not been set yet. I am still working on it .

If your are coming the the Kz rally you need to signup a soon as possible, even thought jetzen has reserved a number of site's !!!
There is a number of rallies planed in this Area, the Forest River Rally (FROG) has well over 800 attending an many arrive a week ahead of that rally which is the week following the Kz Rally .....
As well, jetzen has stated that their is a Camping Rally before and after the campgrounds we are at, to boot other Rally's in the area ...
Since the fairgrounds where the FROG is holding their rally is not letting in early attendees. they will be looking for site's to wait till they can get into that Rally.... The campground were we are having are Rally at has been stated a number of times as a great campground to hang out at till they can get into their rally ...
Please, Please, Please Do not wait till the last minute to make your reservations, I can't say it enough !
