My slideout tips easily. I started off with the top sticking so I first used the rubber treatment (foam) which seemed to make the rubber more sticky so I followed up with a nice baby powdering. It definitely improved but still seems to tip a lot. By tipping I mean that the top does not come in as the bottom does until it will actually be at the fixed roof. I can stand on the floor area of the slide and it will go level again. I was having to do that about 3 times to get it in, I am now down to only doing it once.
I know the problem is with the rubber sticking but I also see that the roofing material is coming loose on the corner at the rear and closest to the camper body so I am now concerned if the sticky rubber is damaging the roof as well.
I would appreciate any additional comments but my main concern is did something come loose or break that allows this drastic of a tipping or isn't there anything to keep the unit level as it comes in?

I have the same model and am surprised to hear of this problem as it is one problem I haven't had (and I've had more than a few).
The rubber shouldn't be sticky. I was told to use a silicone spray on the rubber and have been doing that. I treat the rubber with silicone, per the dealer's instructions. I can't imagine that the rubber would be so sticky that it binds the "room" from coming in. I could understand it may be damaging the roof material which is bad enough.
Without seeing it I would think that the problem may be that something isn't aligned right and the slider is binding somewhere. I assume that when you open or close the slider that you are on fairly level ground as this may cause problems too.
To me this is a serious problem and a dealer needs to see it.

No problems like that on my 2015 yet, but agree I would be taking it to dealer for further inspection, please keep us posted on any results.

Well I found what my real problem was and I am not a bit happy with KZ. If you look under your slide out you will see 2 2" x 3" boards, one on top of the other. These are attached to the device that actually moves the slide and the bottom one is connected to the floor. I was able to have someone else push the button while I was on the floor and see what was going on. It turns out that the floor had failed and the only thing keeping things together was the floor covering! I cut away the vinyl around the board and saw that the 1/2" plywood had failed and it was these pieces that sandwiched the floor covering, keeping things from falling out. The problem, in my OPINION is that they had put several screws in a short space, side by side on both front and back of the 1 x 3 within about 3 inches on both ends. This many screws weakened the floor to the point it failed as there is upward pressure as the slide moves in and out. I replaced the smaller boards with a 2 x 6 about double the length so I could put the screws in a more open pattern and farther apart, front to back, as well. There is still a slight rocking of the slide as there is a space between the rail and bearings that cannot be controlled but the floor and lumber are very stable. Anyone who ever took "Strengthening of materials" class, or was a carpenter will tell you too many nails/screws can weaken the joint.
